Our Approach to Security

Security is built into how we work, not treated as an afterthought. While Whiz Cloud does not currently hold a formal security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, we apply enterprise-grade practices across every engagement:

Data Handling

• Client data is handled on a need-to-know, permissioned-access basis.

Access Control

Intellectual Property

All code, documentation, and IP produced during a client engagement belongs to the client, as set out in the engagement's Master Service Agreement. We do not reuse client-specific code or proprietary logic across other engagements.

Compliance Awareness

We design with common regulatory frameworks in mind where relevant to a client's industry or geography — including GDPR for EU clients and HIPAA-aware architecture for healthcare engagements — and adapt our approach to each client's specific compliance requirements.
